Power of thought

You are today where your thoughts have brought you; you will be tomorrow where your thoughts take you. - James Allen

I've been spending a lot of time reflecting on the power of our thoughts. I have come to the belief that our way of thinking is the most powerful thing we have in order to make any change in our lives.

In fitness, what we think is very important. if one tells themselves they can't  "I can't run that far, its too hard." You won't. Instead tell yourself you can, believe you can. You will be amazed at the outcome.  I have come a long way with my fitness goals just making this small change in my thoughts.

"Its never too cold, you're never too tired, put your shoes on and go for a run!"

It is the same in every aspect of our lives.

This notion can be explored in the book I'm currently reading,  'The Secret' by Rhonda Byrne. which encourages positive thinking - creating a positive outcome.

You yourself are your greatest motivator. If you truly want something with all your heart. You can make it happen. you just need to push yourself and believe.

Focus on what you want and set your mind to it.

"If you want something badly enough, all the universal laws will conspire to give it to you. It's a matter of when, not if. in the mean time you will need to maintain dedication, perseverance and patience." - Girlosophy

You have powers you never dreamed of. You can do things you never thought you could do. There are no limitations in what you can do except the limitations of your own mind.
