Whole Wheat Couscous with Cherries & Arugula
yogi-health:

Sweet Potato, Black Bean, Spinach, and Pepper Vegan Enchiladas with cilantro avocado cream sauce. There is also a recipe for ‘nacho cheeze’ sauce at the bottom which would go with this entree or as a replacement for the avocado sauce. All of the photos look delicious.
